You arrived at the school hall and got your sit in first the stand of the 2nd tier of the hall to prevent anyone from blocking your view. Besides you are Victoria and her friends. From behind someone tab you, you looked back and saw it was Alonso, siting with Collins and Chucks. You charted briefly with them before the school Chairman and other officials including the outgoing student president arrived and occupy the decorated chairs in the platform.
The school anten was recited with piano instrumental recording.
Now the long awaited moment have arrived.
The Chairman Mr Anthony Isaac stood and get handy the micro-phone and speak to everyone hearing.
His words--
"Good Afternoon students.
Crowd reply: "Good Afternoon sir"
"Its my pleasure to welcome you (the regular faces and the new newbies) to a new school season here in Zalrisis High School(ZHS). I'm pleased to see you in masses and thats what makes a great school. Welcome once again!"
Sighting deep into your last years record i was overwhelmed by your successes and potentials, your determinations led to extreme academic success so i congratulate you for that. Yet you all need to work hard this year, whereas some of you really need to work much harder especially those in their final year.
Thats why we choosed the new school motor: 'suffer today and enjoy tomorrow' amid other suggestions because your hardwork today will give you a well earned honours and pleasures tomorrow. I want non of you to fail but want all to work hard and make your parents, friends and relatives who've been actively supporting you proud.
I wish you the best this year." Mr Anthony said.
"That said, you will now listen to my fellow officials.
From the secretary to the chief security make a brief comments of reminders and encouragements based on their categories.
Now the football coach have the flow.
Coach Daniel speaks. "Sorry that my comment today are aimed at the Zalgiris football team. You (the last year squad) made the school proud especially the out gone players, they gave the school what to remember and now they've been rewarded with a professional contracts from various clubs around the world. I want you guys to ride on their lane, work hard and cooperate with your teammates, then the 'High School Championship Trophy' we won last year will not depart from us this year. If you work hard today you'll probably enjoy tomorrow." He concluded.
MR. Anthony resume speaking after the student applauses Coach Daniel for his encouraging speech.
"Last year many students worked so hard in various field. Their well guilded efforts will be rewarded today. English, Mathematics, History, and Sport best grade students will recieve special awards.
Each of the four winners award include: 'A school fee free season and handouts'"
"To announce the English student of the year i invite Zalgiris high school english teacher. Prof. Mark Diego!"
Diego. "Thanks for the honour.
English student of the year is... Ferdinand Moor!"

Moor walks to the platform to claim his award.
Mr Anthony. "Congratulations to you Moor."
"Now to announce the Mathematics student of the year i invite to the stage the Zalgiris High school maths teacher Prof. King Hart!"
Prof Hart. I'm glad to be here. The Maths student of the year is... Morris Samuel!
*Applaus* (wow, you've just won the maths student of the year award. Its unbelievable)

Mr Anthony. "Congratulations samuel!"
"To announce the History student of the year i invite the Zalgiris High School History teacher Mr Ronald Johnson."
Mr Johnson. "Thanks for the honour. The History student of the year award was a tie between John Ryan and Okanna Victoria. The both win the award according to the school rule."
*Applaus*
Mr Anthony. "Congratulations to the pier Ryan and Victoria."
"The last but not the least is the sport student of the year award. I invite the head coach of the Zalgiris high school football team. Coach Alexander Daniel."
Coach Daniel. "Its my pleasure to be here. The sport student of the year is Martin Chuckwudi"

Chucks walks to the platform to claim his award.
Mr Anthony. "Congratulations to you Chucks!"
"These awards are call for you student to work hard never give up!"
Letter after a short break Chairman Mr Anthony resume the ceremony.
Mr Anthony. "We want to thank the organisers of the awards "the Zalgiris board of staff". Can we give them an applaus?

Now, the 4 students who've won themselves award tonight will also makeup the student executive committee. The positions are: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The students will decid by voting for their prefered candidates, then the candidate with the most votes wins the President, while the next 3 wins the VP to the Treasurer respectively on vote ranks.
